Cancellation Policy

Should a cancellation be necessary, we appreciate that you call AT LEAST 24 hours ahead of your appointment. A 50% service charge may result for cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice.

Cancellation of a Spa Package requires a 48 Hour Notice

MOODZ reserves the right to charge for missed spa packages.

Referral Program

Refer your friends and family and receive $5 in MOODZ money. Recommending us to your family and friends is the greatest compliment a business can receive. To thank you for your referrals, we will provide you with a $5 voucher for each referral, redeemable for products and/or services at MOODZ.

Payments and returns

Prices are subject to change without notice.

There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks.

We kindly ask that you do not include gratuity on checks and charges.

MOODZ offers merchandise credit on all returned products.

MOODZ accepts all major credit cards.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Gift cards MUST be presented at the time of service.

Gift card expiration is governed by the state of Massachusetts and is subject to change.
